Wear Your Aligners

You’ll wear each aligner for about 1–2 weeks, at least 20–22 hours per day, removing them only to eat, drink (anything other than water), and brush. We’ll schedule periodic check-ins to monitor your progress and ensure your smile is moving as planned.
